Accounting Principals is currently seeking a Warranty Administrator for a full-time position at a well-established automotive company in Oklahoma City, OK. This is a temp-to-hire position that will focus warranty claim filing & follow-up along with accounts payable related duties
The Warranty Administrator will support and assist the warranty and carline depts; position will oversee the warranty filing & follow-up process from start to finish including communications with vehicle manufacturers on status and payment timeline along with communicating with the sales team for needed information if claim is lacking needed info to file
Filing and following up on warranty claims.
Communicate with sales team for needed information to file warranty claim
Check receiving slips with what they were billed to ensure all parts were received
Provides excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Dealership background HIGHLY preferred
Warranty claim background of any kind preferred
MUST have at least 2 years of AP background
Great attention to detail & follow-up skills
Able to listen, analyze and offer solutions quickly
Strong ten-key and data entry skills
Able to communicate professionally and provide excellent customer service
Skilled in building positive relationships and negotiation
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Minimum 2 years of related experience
Full-time, Temp to Hire
8:00 – 5:00 pm normally, M-F (MUST have flexibility to come in early or stay late as needed- especially for month-end). Saturdays are very uncommon but can be needed during certain busy times
