Acts as central point liaison between Workplace Solutions, UBIF & Legal assignment teams and Landlord
Performs annual operating expense reconciliations, monitors audit windows and audit requirements contained in the lease documents.
Creates and maintains client lease files ensuring they contain current, accurate information.
May conduct financial analysis/accounting as appropriate, including, CAM reconciliation
Maintains COI and ensures proper and timely distribution to Landlord
Manages and supports Corporate Real Estate system involving tracking lease information, property values, capital expenditures, rental rates, and real estate assignments

Ajilon is partnering with a real estate company to fill their open REMOTE transaction specialist role. To qualify, you must possess at least three years of recent, relevant experience in the real estate industry. You must also possess a Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Our client provides a supportive work environment, laptop, and an opportunity to grow your skillset and resume! You will earn $20/hr and have a schedule of 7am – 4pm, 5 days a week. This temporary position is an 8 week contract, so excellent opportunity to grow your experience and get your foot in the door.
1-3 years experience in real estate industry
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Provides analysis and support for lease administration and financial reporting.
Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents.
Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations.
