Trade Support Specialist – Saint Paul, MN

Accounting Principals is looking for a Trade Support Specialist for one of our clients in Saint Paul, MN. This is a Hybrid role (On-site/Remote).  The Trade Support Specialist is responsible for the operational support and processing of Wealth Management & Investment Services client accounts and products specific to regulatory fee processing.

Responsibilities:

  • Track and reconcile charges daily and monthly
  • Serve as primary reviewer of all incoming sub custodial penalty debits and credits
  • Effectively and accurately communicate, coordinate, manage and complete multiple duties and assignments concurrently and within acceptable timelines
  • Collaborate with internal business partners to research and classify fees appropriately
  • Accountable for compliance with established department policies and procedures
  • Understand and achieve established Service Level Agreements
  • Complete Special projects, as assigned
  • Qualifications:

  • College degree preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Office
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities
  • Excellent organizational/follow-up skills
  • Aptitude, interest, and willingness to gain knowledge regarding technical products
  • Operations experience, preferred
  • Reconciliation and risk management skills
