We are seeking a Title Administrator for an immediate opening in Ann Arbor. A qualified candidate with have prior mortgage or title experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Post-Closing Document Distribution
  • Distribute Recordable Documents to the Register of Deeds/Recorder’s Office
  • Monitor and Reconcile Outstanding Checks
  • Monitor and Reconcile Dormant Funds
  • Complete Daily Wire Reconciliation and Positive Pay
  • Monitor Daily Negative Balance Report
  • Assist Management with various reports
  • Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one year of recent experience in a billing or invoicing position
  • Intermediate understanding of MS Excel; ability to create functions and manipulate existing databases preferred!
  • Strong customer service skills, both written and verbal
  • Related Associates degree required, Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
