Looking to get your foot in the door with an established company? We’re partnering with one of our favorite software companies to bring in a new Timesheet and Accounting Support Specialist! Our client offers an innovative work environment and the opportunity to work temporarily remote (though you’ll still need to be local!).  We’re looking for someone with a degree in Accounting or at least 1 year of experience and intermediate Excel skills. 

This is a contract to hire opportunity paying up to $21 per hour.


  • Work with the project coordinators and sales teams to get projects set up in the accounting system
  • Analyze and enter contract information to the correct projects
  • Manage timesheets and work with the billing team and project managers to correct timecard errors
  • Assist with other accounting projects as assigned
  • Qualifications:

  • Recent accounting education or 1+ year of general accounting experience
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Strong attention to detail and data entry skills
  • Sage Intacct and Salesforce experience is a plus
  • Employment Type: Contract to Hire, Full Time
    Compensation: $20 - $21 per hour
