Accounting Principals has partnered up with a client in Beaverton Oregon to search for a Timesheet and Accounting Support Specialist. They are looking for someone that is willing to grow in their career but have the desire to take initiative, rise to challenges, and want to work with a diverse IT solutions company.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Project and Resource setup
  • Resource timesheet management
  • Preparation and Dismantling of resources on projects
  • Analyze, entering, correcting timesheets, and corresponding errors
  • Qualifications include:

  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
  • Ability to adapt to a fast and growing environment
  • Multitasking abilities
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Preferred Qualifications include:

  • Sales force, Sage Intaact, and Tableau experience
  • Project Management skills
  • Friendly Communication skills for internal and external stake holders
