Ajilon/Accounting Principals is currently seeking Temporary Kronos Timekeepers! Our client is working through an ERP system implementation and is seeking additional help during the process. Length of assignment is undetermined, possible opportunity for conversion to full time employment but not guaranteed.
If you are an expert in Kronos and skilled in Excel this may be the perfect fit for you!
What you'll be doing:
Responsible for tracking employees time around any type of leave (around 500 employees)
Assist supervisors and employees with questions regarding time around LOA, FMLA, ADA and any leave time
Back dating data entry in ERP system
Running reports
Confirming return date and working with the Employee Occupation Health office
Work with employee and or supervisor to resolve errors around their time out on LOA, ADA, or FMLA
Review and make necessary corrections regarding the Leave reconciliation error report
Act as the front-line support for questions from employees and supervisors and determine if an issue needs to be escalated
Kronos is required
What you'll need:
Kronos and basic skill in Excel
Hours: Monday- Friday, 8:00 am-5 pm. Can be slightly flexible on this! Remote with the possibility to returning on site post COVID.
Pay: $15-$17
