We have partnered with an outstanding client to fill a Temporary AP Coordinator to cover a maternity leave. Anticipated length of the assignment will be 12-14 weeks.

Responsibilities:

  • This person will specifically work in AP
  • Run weekly payment checkruns
  • Keep up with vendors’ communication payment inquiries, payment issue, etc. (we have AP inbox that is monitored daily)
  • Coordinate AP invoices, to other AP staff, that they should process.
  • Enter invoices as needed
  • Preferred experience with SAP
