Tax Processor/Specialist

Accounting Principals is partnering with a well-known firm to help fill their open Tax Processor/Specialist contract opportunity in Beachwood, Ohio. To qualify, you must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in tax. They are looking for this person on a contract basis for 6 months and they can start them as soon as possible.

Responsibilities:

  • Report and file monthly and quarterly sales and excise taxes accurately
  • Assist with resolving tax issues
  • Prepares and analyzes detailed information/reports for sales and use tax filings Assists management with tax related special projects
  • Prepares information for personal property tax and other tax filings
  • Assists with income and partnership tax compliance
  • Support the tax team with related audits for federal and state governments
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field is preferred but not required
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in tax 
  • Proficient in Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Employment Type: Contract

    Pay:  $18 to $21 an hour based off experience

    Work Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm (Full Time)
