The successful candidate will need both individual and entity tax preparation experience and a strong desire to grow professionally. We value our clients and the trust they place in us. We specialize in tax compliance, tax planning, and strategic consulting for businesses and individuals, while also providing monthly accounting, payroll, and other professional services. The Job

We are looking to hire a Tax Associate to join our team and help us continue to grow our business. You would be working with a team of four, processing about returns a day. This is a 100% onsite role with potential for hybrid work in the future.

Reqiurements and Other Details:

  • English (Required)
  • US work authorization (Required)
  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)
  • CPA, EA or other credential (Preferred)
  • Benefits: no defined benefits right now- working on a plan or will reimburse individual
  • Flexible schedule  
  • Experience with UltraTaxCS and WorkpapersCS is a plus
  • We recognize that education and knowledge are not only gained in a traditional university setting but also through experience and independent initiative
  • We do not require the successful applicant to possess a bachelos degree if they have relevant experience or credentials
  • Compensation is based upon your experience and unique talents
  • Pay: (Flexible) Starting at $40k DOE
