We are searching for a Tax Associate to come assist our small team! Mostly be working on tax returns, about 5 per day. Need someone with at least a year of experience with taxes, booking, or accounting. Wanting to start you with the after the New Year. Main things that we consider or attitude and aptitude, we really want someone that is a great personality fit. This is a 100% on site position in Lynnwood, WA, possibility for hybrid flexibility in the future.

  • CPA, EA or other credential (Preferred)
  • Health insurance
  • Flexible schedule
  • Be familiar with QuickBooks
  • Possess strong communication skills
  • Possess and demonstrate strong organizational skills
  • Maintains confidentiality in client matters
  • Experience with UltraTaxCS and WorkpapersCS is a plus

Initially, you will be expected to collaborate with our professionals while completing the following: Prepare a wide variety of individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns of varying complexity. Review and respond to IRS and state taxing authority notices. Provide general ledger maintenance to clients. Prepare and review monthly accounting. Provide timely, high-quality client service. Foster client relationships.
