Seeking a Tax Administrator/Administrative Assistant in Baltimore to perform the coordination of the office taxes, reception duties, and other administrative tasks. The position is temporary to permanent and pays $16/hour.
Skills and Requirements
•Experience in a professional services work environment.
•Ability to perform several tasks concurrently in an organized and efficient manner.
•Experience in Microsoft Office software required, specifically Excel.
•Ability to understand and fulfill oral and written directions. Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
•Demonstrated prioritization skills and persistence.
•Experience with taxes, preferably related to corporate state taxes and/or insurance taxes.
Essential Job Functions
•Perform tax department support tasks by assisting with data entry in Excel.
•Support partners, directors, and managers in the performance of their respective job functions.
•Various special projects as needed.
•Preparing, transcribing, and typing letters/memos as needed.
•Uploading client reports.
