Accounting Principals is partnering with a Tax Accounting Firm to identify an individual for a contract Tax Administrative Assistant job in San Diego, CA. You must have a minimum of one year of experience as an administrative assistant in a tax or public accounting firm. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to Tax Accountants and Senior Administrative Assistants.
Tax Administrative Assistant Job Responsibilities:
Provide general support to Tax Accountants, Partners and Senior Administrative Assistants
Data entry into tax system
Assist with answering phone, greeting guests, and filing
Minimum of one year of administrative assistance experience
Minimum 30 wpm
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
Strong organization skills
Available to work Monday - Saturday
