Accounting Principals has partnered with a company in the Canton area that is looking for a TEMP Supply Chain Specialist to join their team immediately! 

Job Responsibilities for the Supply Chain Specialist: 

  • Process all purchase orders
  • Ensure all orders placed are confirmed by suppliers no later than 24 hours after placing order
  • Following up on all Purchase Orders to ensure product is delivered timely and quantities fall within the industry standard amount 
  • Initiate Quality Concerns for product delivered that does not meet established unitization specs 
  • Initiate all quality and service concerns that are reported by any provider at the time goods are received.
  • REQUIREMENTS: 

  • 3 year minimum of Supply Chain related experience either in Inventory management, supply chain management or order processing
  • Experience with ERP system a big plus!
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent problem solving capabilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize workload
  • Approach projects and deliverables with a sense of urgency
  • strong analytical thinker 
  • Compensation- $20-$22 per hour
