Responsibilities:

  • Contact, recruit and interview accounting and finance candidates for temporary and direct-hire positions
  • Manage and maintain relationships with current candidates
  • Maintain organization of candidates to successfully match candidates to open positions
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality for candidate’s and client’s sake
  • Provide career counseling to current and prospective candidates
  • Partner closely with team (Staffing Managers and Business Development Managers)
  • Assess client needs for open positions in accounting and finance over phone or in person
  • Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
  • Negotiate roles, offers, compensation, and fees with candidates and clients
  • Manage current client relationships
 
 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Two years of experience in accounting/finance, recruitment, or account management
  • Superior organizational skills
  • Excellent customer service, sales, and relationship building skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Proven ability to multitask in a professional role – a Staffing Manager is tasked with managing recruitment of new candidates, maintenance of relationships with current candidates, coordination of interviews with clients, negotiation with clients, and extension of offers
  • Outstanding problem-solving ability – people are our product
