Responsibilities:

•         Review community business office manager’s pre-close reporting for assigned properties

•         Timely and accurate preparation of monthly financial statements for multiple entities and other related reporting requirements.

•         Bank statement reconciliations for corporate and assigned properties

•         Balance sheet account reconciliations for assigned properties

•         Create transfer requests for intercompany account reconciliations

•         Update and initiate PM Fee and Loan statement manual invoice template

•         Update replacement reserve template and gather supporting documentation

•         Weekly preparation of cash balance updates for assigned properties

•         Weekly update of capital budget template for assigned properties

•         Assist with the annual audit for assigned properties

•         Other Monthly/Quarterly Tasks

 

Qualifications:

•         1-2 years accounting experience required, real estate experience ideal

•         Bachelor's Degree required, Accounting & Finance preferred, Gen Business degree also acceptable

•         RealPage software experience preferred

•         1-2 years experience, real estate experience preferred

 

Employment Type:

•         Direct Hire - Full-Time

 

Compensation:

•         $55 - $70K USD

 

Work Hours:

·       M-F, 8am-5pm (40 hours a week)

·       Hybrid – 2 days remote
