Salary: $20/HR+ DOE
Accounting Principals has partnered with a local municipality to hire an Accounting clerk. This position will be on-site with normal business hours. Located in the Tri-Valley, this position offers a competitive wage, great benefits, and opportunities for professional growth. Handle Account Receivables, Account Payables, and fixed assets
Assist with the GL, payroll, and Business license fees
Assist with reconciliation of vendor statement and prepare worksheets.
Manage all purchase orders
Record and process utility bills
Assist with the issuance of business licenses.
Assists with payroll preparations
Help manage and respond to all customer inquires
Other duties as assigned
High school diploma
Solid knowledge of GAAP
Solid working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Attention to detail
Solid written and verbal communication skills
