Accounting Principals has partnered with a logistics company located in Bergen County, NJ in their search to hire a Staff Accountant.  This is a full-time temporary to permanent role that will initially start on a remote basis.  Once restrictions are lifted, this role will be office based.


  • Assist with the processing of AP and AR
  • Keep aging current and assist with collections
  • Maintain accurate and up to date files on customers/vendors
  • Interract with customers/vendors - assist with questions/concerns in a professional manner
  • Create invoices and purchase orders
  • Reconciliations
  • Assist with projects as needed
  • Qualifications:

  • 4 year degree in Accounting or related field strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Excel
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work within an environment that is fast paced and multi-task
  • Acquire new software skills
  • Self-starter
