Our client has an exciting opportunity come up for a Staff Accountant looking to join a rapidly growing team in Addison, IL. The ideal individual will have excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently. This is a temporary role and is 100% onsite. To qualify, you must have 3-5 years of experience in an accounting role and have a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. Pay is up to 26/hour.



  • Assist with month-end close of financial statements
  • GL entries and maintenance
  • Prepare weekly/monthly/year-end cash analysis and reporting
  • Assists with preparation for annual external financial statement audit
  • Prepare monthly corporate balance sheet account reconciliations
  • Support PBC requests for annual
  • Support year end footnote and reporting deliverables
  • Support PBC requests for tax packages
  • Prepare quarterly and year-end compliance filings 


  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in an accounting role
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills (specifically Excel and Word)
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work extended hours as needed
  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to focus on the details
  • Strong interpersonal and exceptional problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Experience with JD Edwards One World 9.0 or Blackline software is a plus
  • Experience working in a distribution or manufacturing environment is a plus
