Accounting Principals has partnered with our client in Fremont to find an Interim Accountant for their team! Our client is experiencing increased volume during this season and they need someone skillful to join them. Strong general accounting is required and ability to support an upcoming audit – great exposure to management in this role! Please apply online.
Assist with journal entries and reconciliations in the general ledger, including month-end close and preparation of financial statements
Support mid-year audit to increased volume of services
Manage the Accounts Payable process including vendor communications and accurate invoice billing
Assist with Payroll as needed
Ability to handle expense reports and communicate with management as needed
2-3 years’ experience in General Ledger Accounting
Experience handling AP and ability to manage the full AP process
Experience in a mid-level ERP system (more complex than QuickBooks).
Excellent communication and attention to detail
Role: Contract Position, 3-5 months
Hours: On-site position, typical hours
