Accounting Principals is hiring an Accounting professional with 2+ years of experience for a growing company in Bremerton, WA! Job duties will consist of AP, AR, bank reconciliations, Journal Entries, and General Ledger maintenance. This position has exposure to work side by side with the Accounting Manager handling all aspects of the business’ books and financial needs. Handle full-cycle Accounts Payable including three-way matching, check runs, and Journal Entries.
Handle all Accounts Receivable duties including cash applications, invoice creation, vendor maintenance, and reconciliations.
Process Payroll and complete periodic accruals.
Process bank and GL reconciliations.
Additional duties as the business may require.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business
Minimum 2 years of Accounting experience.
Intermediate Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, IF Statements, etc.).
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to stay organized and manage shifting duties and priorities.
Interested in career growth, taking on additional projects and contributing some overtime hours.
Full Time, Contract to Hire
$45,000 - $56,000 per year DOE
Flexible start time between 7:00am and 8:00am, 40 hours per week
