  • Mon-Fri 8-5pm
  • Hebron, IN 46341 | ONSITE
  • Job Details:

  • Assisting in monthly closings and financial reports are completed accurately in accordance with GAAP on a timely basis.
  • Development of and analysis of the effectiveness of accounting policies, procedures and controls
  • Assisting controller in maintenance of GL, AP, AR, Inventory and Cost Accountant related activities.
  • Establishes system controls and adheres to SOX requirements, including compliance testing of key control areas.
  • Supports internal and external audits involving review of accounting records and internal controls, including SOX.
  • Ability to process payroll and prepare respective journal entry
  • Assisting in any type of financial analysis required for cost accounting or for any aspect of business operation.
  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in business or accounting
  • Background in manufacturing systems with strong knowledge of inventory and cost accounting
  • At least 3-5 years of progressive finance experience
  • Business oriented mindset to partner with other functions within the organization
  • Experience with fully integrated ERP systems -  SAP, or Oracle
  • Strong Microsoft Office computer skills – Advanced Excel (Pivot tables, Power Pivot, Power Query, VLOOKUP, Macros, etc), Word, Outlook, PowerPoint.
