Accounting Principals is currently recruiting for a Staff Accountant role in Bergen County NJ. In order to qualify for this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, as well as at least three years of General Ledger experience. You will also need a clear understanding of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. This is a great opportunity to for someone looking to work in a team-oriented environment. - Process accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare journal entries for month end close
- Assist in completing month and year end closings
- Complete ad hoc reporting and special reports
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, v look ups)
- SAP or ERP experience
- 3+ years of general accounting experience
