•Assists in the financial reporting process and the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial data, statements, reports and supporting documentation.
•Reconciliation of assigned general ledger and bank accounts on a timely basis.
•Manage the customer refund and rebate processes.
•Tracks employee Headcount and presents analysis at the monthly financial meetings.
•Contribute in the coordination of the year-end audit by the external accounting firm.
•Support the team with the monthly and quarterly presentation of financial statement information to the Vice President of Finance and Accounting and the Chief Financial Officer.
•Additional duties as assigned.
You need the following:
•Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
•0-1 year of related Accounting Experience.
•Strong work ethic.
•Experience in Microsoft Excel and Access.
•Accuracy in daily work and other projects.
•Ability to meet communicated schedules and deadlines.
•Team player mentality.
•Excellent organizational and communication skills.
•Capable to operate in a face-paced environment.
What we prefer, but don’t require:
•MBA or CPA (or currently pursuing).
•Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains.
