Sr. Payroll Coordinator Job Responsibilities:
Processing payroll for about 150 employees (this number could move upwards of 750 in the next few years)
Liaise with third party payroll vendor
Managing all employment status and wage changes, garnishments, new hire setup, terminations, etc.
Work closely with HR/Benefits as well as Accounting
Sr. Payroll Coordinator Requirements:
Experience processing payroll for at least 500 employees
Experience working with a third party payroll company
MS Office proficiency
Knowledgeable in HR
Ability to work in a team, and potentially train and supervise a subordinate in the future
