Responsibilities for the Loan Processor:
Provide professional communication and collaboration with various departments: underwriting, sales team, loan originator
Provide a professional level of service to all clients.
Order title work and appraisals
Identify and resolve discrepancies, ensuring steps are recorded
Maintaining high volumes of closed loans
Ensure closing steps are completed timely and accurately
Assist with closing funding
Requirements for the Loan Processor:
Three or more years of previous loan processing experience with VH/FHA loans
Proven success of organization skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
Strong file and document accuracy are required for success
Possess an aptitude for numbers and high attention to detail
Above par communication and overt desire to help others
Ability to stay focused and driven in a fast-paced environment
