Special Services Banker – REMOTE

Accounting Principals is looking to fill a PBCS Special Services Banker fully remote role for one of our clients. Candidate can be located anywhere in the East Coast. The Special Services Banker is responsible for all second-level review of existing accounts and account changes which involves reviewing documentations, all Bank systems, and KYC to ensure all accounts are in line with the Bank procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Review existing accounts as well as change requests as assigned by QC Assistant Manager and update the QC database with exceptions as applicable.
  • Familiarize and review all policy and procedure updates on Bank Policy, BSA/AML KYC policies on Bank Intranet as frequently as necessary in order to proactively identify opportunities to improve the quality of reviews
  • Escalate any issues or hard stops to QC management to ensure proper protocol is follower in a timely manner
  • Assist with research on various reports and projects as needed
  • Cross-train with preferred bankers and client services staff to have a well-rounded understanding of the bank’s deposit products and related transactions
  • Perform duties and responsibilities specific to department functions and activities, and other duties as required or assigned by management
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2-4 years of experience in banking or an equivalent industry
  • Complete knowledge of banking platforms used by the bank – OSI/Total Plus, Flightpath, OnBase, Ephesoft Scanning, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, MS Office, etc
  • Ability to coordinate multiple priorities
  • Understand Processes/workflows
  • Ability to identify risk and solve problems
  • Strong Communication (written and verbal) skills
  • Team Player
  • Must be able to review and analyze data reports and manuals
  • Must be able to travel as position requires
