We are looking to fill a Senior Accountant position with a service company that is seeing fast growth. This position will assist the Assistant Controller in the daily accounting processes for the company’s different entities along with the business units. This position offers hybrid capabilities and offers flex time. This position pays 80K-85K.

 

The Senior Accountant position is responsible for accounting, financial reporting, reforecast and budget for Service Company and reporting for various co-working/operating properties (managed, third party managed).

 

Essential Functions:

  • recording monthly recurring journal entries
  • general ledger review and analysis
  • monthly financial statement preparations to include variance explanations, balance sheet analysis, update and maintain various supporting income schedules
  • monthly income and expense accruals
  • Manage and prepare quarterly reforecast and annual budget.
  • Prepare and upload monthly Purchase Card to ledger.
  • Prepare monthly intercompany analysis.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Ability to apply accounting and financial education and experience at a consistently high level of performance, both in quantity and quality;
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities under rapidly changing circumstances and goals

    Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
  • 3-5 years experience in industry or public accounting
  • Strong problem solving, analytical and communication skills required.
  • Proficiency MS Office suite
