- This person will be responsible for greeting incoming customers and assisting them in locating necessary items.
- Explain features and qualities of items and assist in comparison in order to make the right buying decision.
- Complete sales transaction and ensure top tier customer service is provided in all transactions
- The ideal candidate will have previous customer service in either a call center or retail environment.
- Must be able to quickly learn product knowledge and clearly articulate the information to customers.
- Due to the nature of industry, the ideal person will have previous construction or labor experience and know their way around tools and projects.
- Bilingual, fluent in Spanish is highly preferred
