We are hiring a Sales Administrator with strong office support and reception experience. The Sales Administrator provides direct support to our sales manager and sales team for a residential home builder. Our ideal candidate has a great attitude, professional demeanor, and is well spoken, dependable, and computer proficient. We are looking for someone to start by the end of April or sooner.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Opening model homes each day for proper presentation
  • Take stock of any needed inventory and supplies 
  • Meet & greet visitors and complete registrations
  • Maintain sales demonstration tools, including brochures and pricing/inventory sheets. 
  • Work with sales manager to create documents in Docusign
  • Assist sales managers with needed tasks including field photos and planning events
  • Helping to answer any questions on homes with prospective clients
