Ajilon and Accounting Principals are looking for a Remote Customer Service Call Center Rep for our client in San Ramon, CA.

Pay: $16.73 an hour (pay increase to $17.31 after conversion)

Assignment type: Contract to Hire - 4 months to conversion - ROOM TO GROW (will promote from within)

Must have: Strong customer service, clear communication, strong empathy and phone etiquette. Dependable and punctual. 1-2 years in retail or restaurants encouraged - viewed as an entry level job / foot in the door at a great company with room for advancement!

Additional requirements: Strong / fast internet speed - you will be tested on this before hire!

Training: First 6 weeks - must clear schedule, no time off during the training period. Committmend is necessary.

Location: Remote during pandemic (must have a quiet location with no distrations)

Normal Schedule: Monday  - Friday 7am / 8am start, 40 hour week. Occassionally you will be asked to week a weekend shift on Saturday once every couple weeks.
