Accounting Principals is working with one of the biggest banking institutions to fill a Contract/Temp Recruiter Coordinator position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting business objectives through proactively sourcing, assessing, and recruiting top talent for positions, with limited assistance from outside agencies.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Handle administrative responsibilities for an assigned Human Resources recruiting area.
  • Processes a variety of confidential information and documents.
  • May perform duties involving candidate and new hire communications, such as pre-employment screening, identifying potential issues, etc.
  • Answers questions from new hires and managers regarding on-boarding issues.
  • Instructs and assists employees in the completion of forms.
  • May assist Human Resources staff on projects.
  • Identifies candidates using a variety of sources and techniques while knowing the best channels to find and reach candidates in diverse talent pools.
  • Drives recruiting process in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Demonstrates a proven commitment to provide a diverse talent pool, a positive experience for the hiring manager and candidate.

    Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  •  

    Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • Three or more years of experience in administrative support activities
  • Basic knowledge of talent acquisition processes including sourcing and selection of a broad, diverse population of applicants.
  • Proven customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications
  • Well-developed reading, writing, and mathematical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to interpret data
  • Ability to resolve complex problems with minimal guidance.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Intermediate computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications and applicant tracking systems.
