We are really looking for someone with at least 1 year of recruiting under their belt. This position is going to consist of main sourcing for qualified candidates primarily using Indeed, Zip Recruiter and LinkedIn Recruiter so some experience in those software's will be preferred.
This position is going to be fully remote but would like someone that is close enough to one of our branches so they could come in if they needed to (we do not anticipate that). We have a branch in Portland, Seattle, SFO, and Orange County/LA. Living on the West Coast is a must.
We would like to get you started ASAP, most likely by the end of the month. Hours will be M-F 8-5 and the pay rate will depend on what region you live in.
