Accounting Principals has an immediate need for a Receptionist with outstanding customer service skills.  This position is tasked with sitting at the front desk and greeting all incoming guests, as well as answering incoming phone calls and directing to the proper department or individual. If you enjoy being the “go-to person”, this position is for you!  Pay will be between $13.00-$15.00/hour, dependent upon experience.



  • Greet and direct visitors entering the office
  • Screen and route telephone calls to proper departments
  • Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
  • Drafting responses to routine inquiries via email
  • Filing, faxing, making copies
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Minimum 1 year of prior Receptionist experience in recent work history
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Strong communication skills as well as tact and patience to speak in a professional manner
  • Reliable work ethic and pleasant outgoing demeanor

    Employment Type: Full-Time, Contract-to-Hire

    Employment Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
