Accounting Principals is hiring for a Receptionist for a growing company in Orlando, FL. This is a contract to hire opportunity. 


  • Greet and welcome customers and clients at front desk and direct them to the appropriate departments 

  • Respond to all inquiries in a courteous, professional and timely manner 

  • Handle various administrative tasks as assigned 

  • Experience 

  • One to three years' front desk/reception experience required  

  • Skills/Knowledge 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications  

  • Exceptional customer service skills 

  • Solid communication (verbal and written) and organizational skills  

  • Great multi-tasker 

  • Education 

  • High school diploma or equivalent 

  • Work Hours/Environment: 

  • Monday-Friday -?40 hours per week 

  • Business professional dress code
