We have a Receptionist/Admin position open in Oklahoma City, OK.  Our client is a local retirement planning consultant seeking an entry level candidate with the potential to advance and create a career.  This role will be tasked with providing great customer skills via phone, email and in person along with administrative duties such as data entry, Excel reports, and maintaining client records.  Ideal candidates will have good mathematical skills and able to meet deadlines easily. Pay will range from $13-$14 per hour based on experience.
Receptionist/Admin responsibilities include:

  • Answer phones and emails
  • Input data into Excel
  • Create and distribute reports
  • Calculate interest, taxes, and penalties on retirement plan loans, rollovers, and withdrawals
  • Maintain logging of loans and distributions forms and their status
  • Prepare and send 1099’s to employees yearly
  • Process 401K loan and distribution requests
  • Fulfill office supply orders

Qualifications of the Receptionist/Admin include:

  • Good Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word skills
  • Mathematical
  • Ability to learn and understand complex ERISA, IRS and DOL requirements
  • Some Accounting and 1-2 years strong administrative experience
  • Desire to advance and create a career in retirement planning
  • Degree preferred
