Manufacturing company in Oklahoma City, OK seeking Contract Receptionist / Administrative assistant for diverse job opportunity. In this role you will be charged with a variety of administrative task, duties range from performing data-entry, entering freight bills for management, some backup to Accounts Payable as well as administrative duties of travel arrangements for management and other projects as assigned. This contract role may last 30 plus days.
- Excellent data-entry with high level of speed and accuracy
- Intermediate level of Excel
- Take charge attitude to actively seek out work and assist others
