Rebates Claims Processor
Our client in the Hamilton, OH area is looking for a Rebate Claims Processor on a temp to hire basis. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of relevant experience along with the ability to research and problem solve. This position is Temp to Perm and will pay between $15 and $18 per hour depending on experience and education.
Entering and maintaining all vendor contracts.
Monthly review of all purchases to determine if items need to be added to existing contracts or request new contracts.
Daily review of all Add Alerts for new customers and items that need to be added to contracts
Monthly Rebate processing, reporting and claiming of contract rebates
Monthly processing, reporting and claiming of Hanging Allowances
Quarterly processing of YTD purchases to review when 2000lb limits are achieved so rebates can be submitted and claimed.
Work with Sales and Vendor Reps to obtain dispenser contracts
Monthly review of upcoming contracts set to expire. Request sent to all vendors 45 days out to request renewals.
Process Quarterly Vendor Distribution Promotions for additional rebate credits
Work with Sales and Marketing to set up Marketing Spreadsheet to track marketing monies.
Process credits and update spreadsheets as necessary.
Issue Marketing claim reports to the vendors that require them.
Send out Marketing claim letters to a vendor as needed to obtain funds.
2+ years of relevant experience
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to multi-task and problem solve
