Purchasing/Accounting Specialist Job in Charlotte, NC.
We are hiring for a Purchasing/Accounting Specialist to join an excellent company in Charlotte, NC. Ideal candidates will have a strong Excel and communication skills. This company offers a strong benefit package!
Creating purchase orders and buying of inventory
Maintaining inventory database
Receiving inventory in the ERP system – using 3-way match
Accounts payable and 3-way match
AR Cash receipts
Assisting with month-end reporting
Assist with additional duties as needed
Associates degree in Accounting or equivalent experience is required
Dedicated and ability to meet deadlines
Strong Excel skills are required (pivot tables and v-lookups)
Ability to communicate across the organization
Ability to stay organized and juggle many tasks in a fast-paced environment
