A reputable and established company in the healthcare industry has partnered with Accounting Principals in NE Albuquerque, NM in seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Representatives. This position is temp-to-hire.  While on our payroll, the role will be on-site, and once permanent will be remote.  Pay will be dependent upon experience, but start at least $14/hour. Provide information and answer questions patients may have

Appointment scheduling

Insurance verification and eligibility

Medical records preparation, scanning, and filing




Strong communication and phone skills

Ability to provide an exceptional patient experience

Demonstrate courtesy and respect while interaction with patients and coworkers

Ability to maintain a positive attitude while working in a fast-paced environment

Excellent multitasking capability



Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

Employment Hours: Part-Time, 20-30 hour/week; hours will be within the schedule of Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, but must be flexible to cover varying shifts
