Accounting Principals is seeking a talented Property Accountant to join a successful Property Management team in Denver.  Seeking Yardi professionals with experience in acquisition! This will be a Direct Hire opportunity!

Interviews early next week and position will start the following week.

Pay: $35/hr

Your Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring accuracy of property financial records and reports for assigned duties
  • Completing reconciliations and providing related analysis monthly, quarterly, and annually
  • Collaborating among departments to share accounting data and improve efficiencies
  • Preparing, reviewing, and distributing financial reports
  • Preparing roll forwards and financial analysis
  • Preparing budgets, forecasts, trend analysis, and fluctuation commentary

  • BA in Accounting
  • 2 years relevant experience
  • Detail oriented
  • Problem Solver
  • CPA is a plus
  • Yardi Experience
