Project Coordinator job available in El Dorado Hills, CA
Under the direction of the Project Manager, the Project Coordinator will ensure the timely and efficient coordination of shipments, administration, contracts and performance operations as it relates to active projects within the organization.
Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with other departments to develop project specific goals
  • Responsible for overall control of day-to-day operations of the project
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure a seamless flow in progress
  • Jointly develop and agree project specific working procedures with stakeholders with a shipping, consolidation and logistics strategy
  • Invoicing client at different stages of completion
  • Preparation of logistic concepts and operational procedures.
  • Claims handling and advice
  • On behalf of the client, negotiate contracts with suitable suppliers to meet quality, cost and delivery requirements
  • Other duties as assigned by manager

Requirements for the Project Coordinator job

  • Three or more years of experience in project support environment
  • Advanced computer proficiency
  • Highly self motivated and able to work with minimal direction
  • Ability to work well under pressure and be flexible with hours in order to complete tasks
  • High ethical standards. Honest, trustworthy and able to maintain strict confidentiality when required
