Accounting Principals is currently seeking a Project Administrator with 2 or more years of experience for a temp to hire job at a well-established construction firm in Ontario, CA. In this role you will be supporting multiple projects and working closely with various project managers. This is a great opportunity for the individual who likes to multi-task, motivated by deadlines, and loves being the “go-to” person. In this role you will be supporting multiple projects and working closely with various departments.
Processing subcontractor invoices and posting to general ledger
Creating purchase and work orders
Issuing all billing per contract on each project
Tracking all cost related to each project
Preparing change orders
Verifying all required documents are in compliance per contract
Assisting with special projects
Experience working in construction industry
Solid understanding of job cost accounting
Prior experience with change orders, lien releases, preliminary notices and schedule of values.
Handling multiple projects simultaneously
Effective time management
Strong attention to detail and excellent organization skills
Proficient with MS Office suite
Work Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, 40 hours per week
Compensation: $24 – $26 per hour
