Accounting Principals has teamed up with a Global Sportswear Company in Beaverton Oregon to look for a Production Finance Specialist to join the team! This role will primarily be assisting in the preparation and distribution of timely/insightful information. You will also help interpret and review financial results that are within the scope of work that is assigned to you.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the vendor setup and payment end-to-end processes
  • Process, update, and correct accounts payable or accounts receivable transactions.
  • Act as point of contact and support for purchase order and creative production team
  • Create timely and high-quality purchase order in compliance with internal policies
  • Maintain purchase order related documentation
  • To be successful for this role, qualifications include:

  • 3 years preferred in high volume financial processing
  • Comfortability with high volume work with tight deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to foster and manage positive relationships
  • Advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Excel,
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a closely related field
