Managing Service Desk Tickets from all departments for procurement.
Working with vendors on a daily basis for Quotations and Purchase Orders
Assisting in sourcing products
Creating Purchases Orders
Ad hoc tasks
2+ year in procurment/vendor negotiations
MUST have advanced-level Excel skills (vlookups and pivot tables)
Systems skills or experience preferred: Great Plains, Salesforce, CRM, Doc-link and Microsoft Office.
