We are assisting a local, well established non-profit company in Jacksonville to find a Payroll/HR Specialist ASAP! This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong payroll background to work for a company they can call family and truly feel at home!

  • Process bi-weekly payroll for approximately 400 employees
  • Ensure accurate timekeeping, earnings, deductions, and reimbursements for processed on time
  • Process all new hire on-boarding and update employee files
  • Assist the HR manager with daily responsibilities
  • Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience processing payroll is required. ideally for at least 400 employees at a time
  • Experience in human resources is strongly preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel required, experience with Paycor is preferred
