We are actively recruiting for a payroll/HR manager with in house payroll experience and at least 5 years in HR or Payroll. As an ideal candidate, you will have strong process management skills and intermediate with Microsoft office applications.
Duties:
• Process weekly payroll
• Calculate employee timesheets
• Maintain garnishments and deductions
• Prepare payroll reports
• Submit direct deposit, taxes, and deferrals
• Process certified payroll
• Employee onboarding
• Administer benefits
• Maintain all employee paperwork
• Manage workers’ compensation claims
• Manage all insurance enrollments and terminations
Qualifications:
• Associates degree preferred in Accounting or Business
• At least 5 years’ experience
• Proficient with MS Office
• In house payroll experience
• Construction experience is a plus
