Accounting Principals is looking for an experienced Payroll/HR Generalist for a top company in Phoenix AZ! Payroll/HR Generalist must have at least 3+ years of experience processing high volume Payroll as well as performing HR functions as needed. This is a three month contract to hire opportunity paying between $15HR-$18/HR depending on experience.
Payroll/HR Generalist will be responsible for:
• Bi-weekly payroll processing
• Monthly reports
• Record employee information, such as new hires, exemptions, transfers, promotions, terminations, to maintain and update payroll records
• Assist in administration and reconciliation of garnishments, reimbursements, deductions & taxes
• Employee benefits administration
• Employee onboarding and new hire training/orientations
