Hello! Accounting Principals is currently hiring for a Payroll Technician in San Bernardino California. The position will be onsite and pay up to $21 hourly. This onsite position requires someone that’s able to take on large tasks and has the ability to perform mathematical calculations. If you have payroll experience this could be the role for you.

Responsibilities

  • Review and audit payroll reports
  • Ability to process garnishments and retroactive adjustments
  • Able to deal with high volume of data entry and various adjustments
  • Audit employee timecards and verify adjustments
  • Reconciling payroll and post to the general ledger frequently
  • Requirements

  • Strong math skills and able to make math computations and calculations
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat
  • Effectively work with customers over the phone and face to face
  • Ability to operate computer programs and applicable software
  • Knows how to record, track, research, prepare documents and reports
  • Hours

  • Monday - Friday
  • 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • 1 Hour Lunch
  • Assignment length: 720 hours
  • Pay Rate

  • Up to $21.33 per hour
