Accounting Principals is currently recruiting for a contract Payroll Specialist for a well established manufacturing client near Dunwoody, GA!  The ideal candidate will have excellent stability in payroll processing with effective verbal and written communication!   

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of recent full cycle, multi-state payroll processing experience
  • Administrative skills to include MS Office proficiency
  • Garnishments
  • Reconciliations
  • Intermediate Excel
  • Excellent customer service skills

    • Responsibilities

  • Multi-state payroll processing
  • Reconciliations
  • Weekly/bi-weekly processing
  • Manual check processing 
  • Data entry
